Valleyfields

Crowngate Construction were employed to renovate this detached rural property as part of a large nationwide project. The works involved internal and external refurbishment of the residential dwelling following flood damage.  Externally, the property received extensive repairs and decorations to aged windows and doors. The lead flashings on the roof and chimney were carefully stripped back, removed and newly replaced.

Internally, disturbances caused by the flood damage were corrected throughout the entire property, and redundant fixtures, fittings and carpets were removed before being replaced. Wall surfaces were made good in preparation to receive new tiling and decoration.

During the works, the property received a full heating and plumbing upgrade as well as electrical repairs and re-wire.

New floor coverings, tiling and decoration to the client’s exact specification completed this project, and gave the property a fresh, updated feel.
