- Process purchase transactions for products and services (customers and suppliers),and to ensure any transaction issues can be dealt with
- For accounting and taxation purposes (including quotations and invoices)
- Documentation should any contractual legal claim arise
- Access to training courses, attendance registers, special requirements and certifications
Actual delivery or products or services, in physical or digital form, that you may have purchased from us - To communicate with you about any issue that you raise which follows on from an interaction between us

How we store your information
Your information is securely stored digitally on a laptop owned and used by Crowngate Construction Professional Building Services Ltd only. This is securely stored under password protection. Any data in a printed format (e.g. invoices) is kept securely in a cabinet or held by our accountants for as long as is needed for accounting purposes.
We keep the personal data only for as long as is reasonably needed. We will then dispose of your information by deletion from digital systems or by shredding if this information is presented in paper format.
