Brooklands Cottage
The works comprised of the first-floor extension including alteration and refurbishment of the existing residential dwelling, to create a new bedroom, storage area and an en-suite consisting of a new bath, shower, hanging toilet and sink. This included new heating and plumbing to these specific areas.
The works also entailed of two new flat roof dormers and a pitched roof dormer. The new dormers and existing dormers all received new larch cladding and the entire property received new silicone render.
New anthracite aluminium windows were fitted throughout the property with the creation of two larger square bay windows and a feature porch area with full glazing allowing for plenty of natural light.
The property was then painted internally to the client’s request.
