Projects

An empty shell which was converted into a pharmacy. A complete fit out from start to finish including all plumbing, electrics, air conditioning, heat recovery system, stud work, plastering and decoration works. The floor coverings were tiled within the retail area and an ultro marine floor vinyl in the four doctors rooms, consultation room and dispensary areas. The unit was fitted out with high end furniture, wall and base units with work tops. The shop area received the same quality in product and finish with all cupboards and shelving with free standing gondola units and till areas, as well as the dispensary zones.

We were successful in winning this project involving construction works to convert an old nightclub into two separate units, a desert parlour and an impressive indoor children’s soft play area.   This contract involved a tremendous amount of supporting steel work, demolition works, internal alterations and new shop frontage.
