Woodbine Cottage
We were delighted to be asked to work on this beautiful 17th century property in Warwick. The client wanted to utilize the area to the side of the existing property by adding two ground floor extensions including alteration and refurbishment of the existing residential dwelling, to create a large kitchen come dining space and utility. The extensions were constructed in keeping with the style of the existing property with window surrounds. Following the groundworks, foundation and shell of the single-story extension being in keeping with the character of the existing home, the internal works then began and were carried out to create a modern, beautiful and high-end finish.
