Old Orchard House
We were delighted to work on the project at Old Orchard House in Avon Dassett to construct a single storey rear extension, entrance porch way with alterations to the existing ground floor. This included a new wet room, bedroom, kitchen area, living room and dining space. The entire ground floor benefited from new underfloor heating throughout.
The extension was constructed in keeping with the character of the existing property, that being done in stone work. Following the groundworks, foundation and shell of the singlestory extension, the internal works then began and were carried out to create a traditional yet modern finish.
