We were commissioned to carry out extensive works at this property, including the partial demolition of the existing rear elevation to construct of a two-storey rear extension and a single-storey front The project involved significant structural steelwork to create expansive openplan living spaces on the ground floor.
A new concrete floor slab with integrated underfloor heating was installed throughout. Internally, the property was completely reconfigured. We upgraded the heating and electrical systems along with the installation of new windows and rear-facing bifold doors to enhance natural light and access to the garden.
I had an excellent experience with Crowngate Construction. Raza was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the project. The whole team was approachable and kept me updated at every stage.
The work was completed on time and within budget, and the standard of workmanship on the extension was excellent. Health and safety was taken seriously, with the correct PPE always worn.
Overall, the quality of work was to a very high standard, and I would happily continue to use Crowngate Construction for future projects. I would highly recommend them.
