Refurbishment and Alterations – Keeling road, Kenilworth

Works undertaken at Keeling Road included a single storey extension at the rear, and a timber frame single storey extension with cedar cladding at the side of the property.

The extension was planned to create a larger kitchen area and we modified the existing kitchen to form a new utility and WC room. A new driveway completed the works.

Extension and Alterations – Wellesbourne Road, Barford

This property was purchased by our client recently and in need of modernisation. Whilst in planning, the decision was taken to extend the property to make the living space more fit for purpose for a property of its size.

The main works to the property comprised a double storey extension to the rear elevation and small double storey extension to the front porch area. The first floor was re-configured with stud-walls to make the space more fit for purpose. The loft space was converted to create a generous master suite, comprising a bedroom, en-suite, dressing room and additional storage area.

Extension and Alterations – The Bank, Lighthorne

Crowngate Construction were employed to remove a small, single storey extension from this property in Lighthorne and replace it with a basement, two double storey extensions and single storey mono-pitch roof extension to bring it all together.

The property is built into a bank of clay soil, leaving the basement excavations approximately 10 meters below the swimming pool at the top of the garden. This took careful planning and extreme structural support during the basement construction, eventually constructed in re-enforced waterproof concrete, following major underpinning of the original property.

The property now offers an impressive open-plan kitchen dining space, a large formal dining room, utility, cellar, extended hall, study, WC and boot room on the lower levels. Upstairs, the layout was reconfigured to provide a wonderful master suite including an en-suite and dressing room, a very large double room with en-suite and a further three double bedrooms, serviced by one family bathroom.

Extension and Alterations – Spinney Hill, Warwick

Crowngate Construction were employed to build a double-storey rear extension and a build over a first-floor extension to the front of this residential property.

Within the extension area, two modern en-suite bathrooms were created, as well as an additional bedroom, which provided space perfect for family use. In the ground floor extension area, an internal wall was removed, which created a large, new, open-plan living space.

A modern downstairs WC was installed and the main bathroom was completely re-done with new tiling and a crisp, modern bathroom suite to the client’s specification.

Coach House Extensions & Refurbishment

This project comprised two extensions to the side and rear elevations in addition to a full internal refurbishment. As part of the refurbishment, a new kitchen was installed as well as four brand new bathrooms and a WC. The existing windows and doors were replaced with new Black Aluminium to the front of the property and Black uPVC to the rear. The property was completely re-wired and a new heating system installed, including underfloor heating to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Painting and decorating were not included in the contract, and so the property was left with a fresh skim throughout, ready for decorations by others.

Cherry Tree House – 5 Bedroom New Build

Cherry Tree House is a beautiful new build property in Stoke Golding, near Nuneaton. Boasting five double bedrooms, two en-suites, three reception rooms, a study and separate garaging block with a workshop. There is a long driveway and a mature tree line. we’re extremely pleased with this project and confident that it will be a wonderful home for its new owners.

Yew Tree & Locksmith Cottages

These two cottages, located in Priors Marston were constructed and modified in Late 2015 – January 2016.

Works undertaken at Yew Tree Cottage included internal modifications and refurbishment, as well as an extension to the rear of the property.

Locksmith Cottage is a New Build Three Bedroom Property built within the old grounds of Yew Tree Cottage.

Refurbishment and alterations, 5 Bedroom Detached house, Barford, Warwickshire

We completed a full refurbishment of the property from start to finish. The property was quite dated and it was in need of a transformation to bring it up to scratch to make it habitable for the new buyers. A new kitchen was fitted along with three bathrooms. The garden was re landscaped with iron fencing put up at the rear of the garden.

Newbuild, 3 Bedroom Detached Property, Southam, Warwickshire

A complete new build house was built on this corner plot, which started with the footings and drainage; the building went up steadily with a truss roof.

The house consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, downstairs WC, utility room and kitchen/living room area. A great finish to a high specification.

A heat source air pump was also fitted as an eco efficient alternative to a standard boiler.

Newbuild, 4 Bedroom Detached Property. Wilmcote, Stratford Upon Avon

A new build 4 bedroom property with outbuilding. The demolition of the existing property to begin with. The foundations of this new property were pile driven with a block and beam floor. This build also had under floor heating throughout the ground floor, first floor and outbuilding. It also had an upto date heat recovery system which extracts hot air from the bathrooms and kitchen and re distributes it as hot air to all rooms throughout the property. The acrylic render system also benefited from insulation boards and as a result the entire property is exceptional at thermal heat retention.
